After beginning his career in the newspaper industry as a news and sports reporter and editor, Glenn McLaren saw the opportunities offered by the Internet and took part in launching caller.com, the online edition of the Corpus Christi Caller-Times newspaper.

From Corpus Christi, he moved to Fort Lauderdale to become the News Manager for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel Internet Edition.

He returned to Texas to launch a new city-site in San Antonio for Cox Interactive Media, sa360.com, and then moved over to Friedrich Air Conditioning, a major appliance manufacturer based in San Antonio, to head up the e-Commerce and Internet marketing efforts. While at Friedrich, he also took on the role of Government Sales Manager.

At sendSmart, Glenn McLaren has brought his extensive knowledge of content preparation and publication, his background in website development and management, and his experience with sales and marketing campaign development and execution together to provide clients with a vast array of ideas for how they can achieve THEIR goals.
